Phil provides nice, friendly, helpful, and patient service. He invites questions and seeks help from technical experts when needed for highly technical questions. Phil strongly encourages regular follow up appointments to clean, inspect, and adjust settings based on my actual hearing aid usage. I do not have to pay anything for these follow up appointments and I find they are super helpful in helping me use my hearing aids as efficiently as possible.
